No se aceptaran solicitudes redactadas de forma particular. No se proporcionar\u00e1n contrase\u00f1as al emisor de la solicitud.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__header-wrapper\"><h6 class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__header\"><a href=\"#\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__header-title\">Medidas a tener en cuenta<\/span><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__icon is-active\"><i class=\"fas fa-chevron-down\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__icon is-passive\"><i class=\"fas fa-chevron-up\"><\/i><\/span><\/a><\/h6><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__content-wrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-accordion__content\">\n<p>Una vez creada la cuenta de correo institucional, se enviar\u00e1n de forma autom\u00e1tica un email con los pasos para la activaci\u00f3n de la cuenta y para establecer una contrase\u00f1a para la misma. Dicha cuenta funciona bajo el servicio de Gmail (Google), por lo que el email de confirmaci\u00f3n provendr\u00e1 de dicha empresa y no de correos particulares. El email de activaci\u00f3n tiene una validez de 72 horas.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide has-2-columns has-palette-color-4-color activada la cuenta y establecida una <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/accounts\/answer\/32040?hl=es\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/accounts\/answer\/32040?hl=es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">contrase\u00f1a segura<\/a><\/strong>, es muy recomendable <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/accounts\/answer\/185839?hl=es\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/accounts\/answer\/185839?hl=es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">habilitar la autenticaci\u00f3n de doble factor<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En caso de abrir la cuenta de correo institucional en dispositivo ajeno, utilizar el modo de navegaci\u00f3n incognito para no guardar datos en el dispositivo, de igual manera, una vez terminado el uso del dispositivo, proceder al cierre de sesi\u00f3n de la cuenta de forma manual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En ning\u00fan caso los administradores u otros funcionario les solicitar\u00e1n en env\u00edo <strong>contrase\u00f1as o c\u00f3digos temporales.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En caso de que les lleguen <strong>correos de dudosa procedencia<\/strong> desde una cuenta institucional,<strong> por favor informar<\/strong> al Departamento de TIC para poder realizar las investigaciones pertinentes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No compartir<\/strong> contrase\u00f1as con familiares, compa\u00f1eros u otras personas.<strong> El uso del correo institucional es exclusivo para el usuario asignado.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No usar el correo institucional para registrarse a servicios que no sea para fines
